The QR code is pretty confusing for CICO. Almost every schools calls or emails me after being onboarding saying their QR code doesn't work (I tell them the correct way to do each time) If we could reword the wording on the actual downloadable QR code to explain you need to open the app first, it would save a lot of time for school & onboarder.
