I have archived families that are still visible in the 'ALL' list category, and I would like the ability to delete them completely from the list. This feature would help in managing the list more efficiently and keeping it organized.

We have two children attending the school and would like to use different accounts to pay for each child's tuition. It would be beneficial if your system allowed us to add and use multiple payment methods for different invoices.

I would like to have the flexibility to update the payment frequency to weekly and monthly, instead of just monthly. This would help in managing different payment plans for our clients more effectively.

I operate my program from 6:00am to midnight, Monday through Friday. Currently, the system only allows setting the closing time to 11:59pm. It would be beneficial to have the option to set the closing time to midnight or later to accurately reflect our operating hours.

I am currently unable to stop families from requesting tours, which is challenging during my recovery period. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows me to toggle the ability to accept or decline tour requests. This would help manage my availability more effectively and ensure that families are aware of my current status.

When unenrolling a student, the system sould automatically prorate payments when a child starts any day of the month or unenrolls any day, to avoid doing manually.

Provider is requesting the ability to delete her own conversations. Both in app and in the interested families. It becomes tedious to have to reach out to support each time the provider would like to delete messages.

Providers sometimes create presentations to display everything their program has to offer. The ability to add those presentations is being requested and could be very helpful in a long run for many providers.

Since messages from the 'message director' button go to the dashboard and we don't have someone to monitor it, I would like the button to be greyed out in both centers to avoid giving the impression that we are ignoring requests.
