Providers who have been paid outside of Wonderschool, usually paid a different amount. For ex: Tuition is $301.20 because of the fee, but the family only paid $300.00. It does not reflect that when marking as Paid(O). We'd like the ability to change the tuition amount when we change the status to Paid(O). So it reflects correctly in ccms and on tax statements.

I was surprised to find a question in the enrollment form asking if families are willing to pay more for priority placement. This question was added without my knowledge, and I find it unacceptable. I would like the option to remove this question from the form, as it does not align with my program's values.

Wonderschool used to offer online courses and Zoom meetings for providers, which were useful for exchanging ideas and learning. It would be beneficial to bring back these sessions.

There should be two boxes on the enrollment screen: one to register the first payment, especially when a discount is given, and another to indicate monthly payments for the following months. Both should remain saved and visible.

I noticed that Wonderschool connects with KinderConnect in other states, but not in Virginia. It would be beneficial for us if Wonderschool could work with Virginia to enable this connection, as it would streamline our processes and improve efficiency.

I am currently unable to view invoices on the Wonderschool app on my iPhone, which is crucial for managing my operations. It would be beneficial to have the option to see invoices in the app, alongside accessing messages, students, and activities.

The school requires a monthly email report that includes attendance tracking details such as student names, check-in and check-out dates and times, assigned room, and a column for notes logged onto the app. This report is essential for the school's funding and should be sent on the first of every month, covering the previous month's data. The first report should be sent on October 1, 2024, reflecting September 1-30, 2024.

I experience a disconnect when logging in with the same credentials on both the computer and the app, resulting in almost separate accounts. It would be beneficial to have a unified account that both I and the teacher can access, regardless of the device used for logging in.

I would like to have the ability to view the total amount each parent has paid for 2025 directly, without having to manually add up each invoice. It would be beneficial to click on a student and see the total amounts paid to date, streamlining the process and saving time.

Previously, parents would receive a confirmation email with the address when a tour was scheduled, but they are not receiving it anymore. It would be beneficial to reinstate this feature to ensure parents have all necessary information.
