I would like to have the ability to view the total amount each parent has paid for 2025 directly, without having to manually add up each invoice. It would be beneficial to click on a student and see the total amounts paid to date, streamlining the process and saving time.

Previously, parents would receive a confirmation email with the address when a tour was scheduled, but they are not receiving it anymore. It would be beneficial to reinstate this feature to ensure parents have all necessary information.

There should be two boxes on the enrollment screen: one to register the first payment, especially when a discount is given, and another to indicate monthly payments for the following months. Both should remain saved and visible.

Important questions about each child were included during online registration but are no longer present. This section should be reinstated to ensure all critical information is collected before the child starts.

I would like to have the option to add a business number in addition to my cell number on my account. This would help me manage communications more effectively by separating personal and business calls.

Paused plans should have a resume date that can auto-resume as optional. Kat's request based on talking through the impact with a provider, Little Wonder and Extended Care (Anita Sonawane). It would save them admin time and esure we get TPV again once unpaused.

I would find it very helpful to receive notifications when there are updates to documents. This feature would ensure that I am always aware of any changes or new information that might be important for managing my tasks effectively.
