Enrollment Visibility Issues for Returning Families
The user is experiencing a critical issue with the Wonderschool platform related to enrollment applications not appearing correctly in their dashboard. They have received four to five new applications (including two most recently), but cannot identify or locate these applications in the system. There are two main concerns: Returning Families Not Prioritized in the Interested Families List Families who were previously enrolled and have now reapplied (e.g., Garrick Wilson) are not appearing at the top of the “Interested Families” list. This makes it difficult for the user to easily track new applications submitted by returning families. Reapplications Not Reflected in System For some families (e.g., Emily and Andrew Jensen), although the parent has submitted a new application, the system only shows outdated information from previous years. There is no indication that a new application has been submitted. Impact: The user is unable to process several enrollments because applications are either not visible or not updated. Some families have had to follow up directly because their child was not added, raising concerns about those who may not have reached out. The user is concerned that if this issue continues, they may need to switch to a different platform, despite their appreciation for Wonderschool.
