I am receiving scam enrollment applications and would like a feature to require families to schedule a tour before they can apply. This would help ensure that applications are genuine and reduce the number of fraudulent submissions.

I would like to be notified before new features are added to my listing. Unexplained features have caused marketing issues for me, and having visibility and say in these changes would help maintain consistency on my website.

I prefer to screen families with a phone call before they book a tour to save time and avoid misunderstandings. It would be beneficial if there was a way to prevent families from booking a tour without first speaking with me. This would help ensure that families are well-informed and suitable for our program before scheduling a tour.

I would like to integrate Calendly with the tour scheduling feature to prevent overlapping tours. This integration would streamline the scheduling process and ensure that families can book tours without conflicts. It would be beneficial to have a seamless way to manage tour availability directly through Calendly.

No automated unenroll flow exists for providers on bi-weekly billing. Providers must manually calculate final invoice amounts when a family gives notice, which is error-prone with bi-weekly schedules and 30-day notice policies. Need: guided unenroll flow that takes last day + notice date and generates correct final invoices. Reported by Shauna & Samantha, Tiny Visionaries (school #4819), ZD ticket #95110.

Providers attempting to mark their listing as accepting childcare assistance find the setting reverts silently after saving. No error is shown. subsidized_care_accepted field exists in GraphQL profile schema but updates are not persisting. Reported by Christine Lutz, Sandia Presbyterian Preschool (school #10969), ZD ticket #95079.

Providers cannot issue partial refunds when a payment has been collected. CancelTransaction only supports full cancellations (charge must be in 'ready'/'failed' state). For succeeded charges, no partial refund UI path exists. Workaround: admin full refund + reissue invoice. Reported by Sarah Misale, Discovery Central Forest School (school #15556), ZD ticket #95117.

A staff member who is also a parent brought up the fact that she has to log out completely before switching from staff account to parent account. If we can make this easier to switch between staff and parent accounts.

I would like my account to automatically charge payments on the 17th of the previous month and set my daily schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. It would be helpful if these settings could be saved as defaults in the platform, similar to how it was in the previous platform. This would streamline the enrollment process for new children.

I want to embed a flyer directly into my bio page to make it more visible to visitors. Currently, the bio section only supports text, which limits my ability to showcase important visual content like flyers. It would be beneficial to have the option to embed images directly into the bio page, enhancing the presentation and accessibility of information for parents and visitors.
