They then use our clock in/out times to calculate hours worked for payroll. As an employee it could be better in terms of an accurate and preferred method to use for clocking in/out. I Don't understand that us employees cannot see a detailed full record with current and past clock in/out times when using Wonderschool only our employer has access to that information. I believe that employess should be able to see all hours worked past and present, they are MY hours of My life that im giving to a company, not being able to go back and look at my hours recorded/documented makes it hard to dispute any discrepancies i may have with they pay I receive based off of 'hours worked' which is frustrating. Since Wonderschool has the option of using it as a clock in/out method for employees I think it would be way better if employees could see all past and present clock in/out times for each day each week and also keep a total of all hours worked since the beginning of each year. I'm not sure if its something that would even be able to be developed into the app but if possible i would like to see that change.
