The current review formatting on my Wonderschool profile makes it difficult to distinguish between reviews. Adding spacing between reviews and bolding the names and locations would improve readability and clarity for readers.

I mistakenly uploaded photos to the wrong classroom and found it cumbersome to delete them individually for each student. It would be beneficial to have a bulk erase method to remove photos from all students at once, streamlining the process and saving time.

Providers who have been paid outside of Wonderschool, usually paid a different amount. For ex: Tuition is $301.20 because of the fee, but the family only paid $300.00. It does not reflect that when marking as Paid(O). We'd like the ability to change the tuition amount when we change the status to Paid(O). So it reflects correctly in ccms and on tax statements.

I was surprised to find a question in the enrollment form asking if families are willing to pay more for priority placement. This question was added without my knowledge, and I find it unacceptable. I would like the option to remove this question from the form, as it does not align with my program's values.

I need to provide W-10 forms to my families at the end of the year for tax purposes. It would be very helpful if I could generate these reports myself through the platform, similar to how I could with my previous software, Kidkare. This would ensure that my records match those of the parents and streamline the process, especially since the support team is currently short-staffed.

I was informed that I would receive a report at the end of the year detailing the total transaction fees paid. However, this feature is not currently available. It would be beneficial to have a self-service option to generate this report, allowing me to keep track of my expenses accurately without relying on support staff.

Add the ability for parents to leave reviews to post to a program at any point in time, similar to Google Reviews and it automatically post vs. when the survey is issued ( each quarter I believe).

I received an email notification for a tour request but did not get a text notification. It would be beneficial to receive notifications via text to ensure I don't miss any important updates. Could you consider adding this feature?

I need to print message threads from the platform for administrative records. Currently, there is no built-in feature to do this directly. It would be beneficial to have a dedicated print or export option to streamline the process, rather than using workarounds like copying and pasting into a document or taking screenshots.

I need to be able to view the same tax documents as parents for tax purposes. This would ensure that the filing data is consistent and accurate. It would be beneficial to have a provider-side, year-to-date view per child for tax preparation and bookkeeping.
