Idea for recurring plans, we could select months that the invoice is due for instead of the automatic dates that are set based off the due date. Example: their payments are due the 15th of each month - according to the recurring UX right now, let's say the first due date would be 9/15/2024. The service dates automatically get set for 8/15/2024 - 9/15/2024 or 9/15/2024 - 10/15/2024 when in reality the payment that the parent is paying is for the whole month of September. This is a wonky experience for providers and this school in particular has had to play with dates and she has multiple "past due" invoices that aren't actually past due to make her service dates accurate.
