Disable 'Apply to Enroll' feature on website

The 'Apply to Enroll' feature on our website is causing confusion for parents, as it is not legal in our state to enroll online. Parents mistakenly believe they have enrolled their children, and we have to explain that they must apply in person. It would be beneficial to have the option to disable this feature to prevent misunderstandings.

That's why it says "APPLY to enroll". This allows parents to show an interest and list out what their needs will be so providers can see if they will fit into their program before planning a tour. This feature is very helpful to my program. After the tour I send them a link to pay the deposit and enroll their child. I have this all listed in the steps on my page so it isn't confusing.
